Sunshine Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Cool and add lemon and pineapple juice.
    Chill until jelly-like consistency.
    Beat in softened sherbet.
    Fold in oranges and pineapple.
    Place in mold in refrigerator.
    Unmold to serve.
