Low-Fat Steak Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large red onion, thinly sliced
    8 oz. deli roast beef, sliced
    2 large tomatoes, cut in bite-sized pieces
    1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
    10 c. favorite salad greens
Preparation
    Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook onion 6 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from skillet.
    Toss greens, cucumbers and tomatoes.
    Top with steak and onions.
    Serve with Creamy Buttermilk Dressing.
