Tasty Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery tops
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 can minced clams
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes and onion into pieces.
    Add celery, butter, 1 cup of water and parsley.
    Cook until tender; mash slightly.
    Add clams and milk; heat but do not boil.
    Serve with breadsticks or rolls.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
