Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
12 tortilla shells
Preparation

Saute onions in butter; brown hamburger and drain.
Combine hamburger, onions and cheese together.
Remove from heat.
Pour soups and enchilada sauce into medium saucepan, then bring to soft boil.
Take shells, 1 at a time, dip into sauce until soft.
Then roll meat up in shells.
When finished, pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
Place in oven for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
