Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly.
Stir cornstarch in sugar and add to eggs and pineapple.
Place in an 8-inch casserole.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon and pieces of butter.
Cover.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Good side dish with ham.
