Crispy Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. catfish fillets
Tony's seasoning
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 lb. saltine crackers, finely crushed
squeeze margarine
Preparation

Season fish with Tony's seasoning.
Add buttermilk and toss to coat.
Roll each piece in cracker crumbs.
Spray wire rack with Pam and put on cookie sheet.
Place fillets on rack.
Dribble small amount of squeeze margarine over each piece.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until golden color and crisp around edges.
