Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
7-8 apples
basic 2 crust plain pastry
Preparation

Pare apples and slice thin. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Spread 1/3 sugar mixture in
bottom of pastry lined pan. Fill with apples (heap-they cook down). Top with remaining sugar mixture and dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
