Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 large can chopped tomatoes (juice and all)
Preparation
    Cook ground chuck, onions and bell pepper in a large skillet until done.
    (Until meat changes color.)
    Add peas and tomatoes. Mix all together and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    With French bread or cornbread, this is a good 1 dish meal.
