Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cut-up rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip or ice cream
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch greased pan, spread rhubarb in pan.
Sprinkle sugar over top and jello (dry).
Make batter of flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Spoon over rhubarb.
