Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small, chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook beef over medium heat until light brown.
    Stir to keep loose.
    Combine all other ingredients together and mix well.
    Add to beef.
    Stir well.
    Cover and cook over low heat until beef has absorbed liquid (about 40 minutes).
    Serve with cole slaw.
    If a more spicy barbecue is desired, use more paprika, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
