Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 can beer
    1 can beef broth
    1 pt. pepperoncini peppers (mild) and juice
    oregano
    garlic
Preparation
    Fry steak in a heavy skillet with lots of butter, then spread with salt and mustard.
    Cook over a low heat until very tender. Place on a hot platter.
    Pour a large cup of strong coffee in the frypan; let it boil up one time.
    Pour it over the steak and serve quickly.
    Serve with chopped, pickled walnuts.
