Yeast Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Scald milk, then add margarine.
    Set aside to cool.
    With electric beater, mix eggs, sugar and salt.
    Add milk and yeast. Beat in 2 cups of flour.
    Remaining flour is mixed in by hand with strong spoon.
    Mix for about 3 minutes.
    Let rise until double. Punch down and put in 2 (9-inch) pans (greased).
    The dough will be a little sticky, so slightly grease your fingers when placing in pan.
    Let rise again for about 1 hour.
