Peach Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen peach slices, thawed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. fat-free granola
    1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. pure maple syrup
    2 egg whites (unbeaten)
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
    Layer peaches in spiral in pie plate.
