Apple-Cranberry-Mincemeat Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 medium to small Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. frozen or fresh cranberries
1/2 c. sugar, divided
3/4 c. flour
1 stick cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 c. mincemeat
Preparation

Toss apple slices, 1 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon until apple slices are coated; set aside. Cook cranberries and 1/4 cup sugar over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then drain. Spoon mincemeat into prepared pie crust and top with apples. Then spoon cranberries over apples and sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
