Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    8 eggs, whipped
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer bread and sausage in oblong casserole dish.
    Pour mixture of eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper into the pan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Top with cheese and cook at 350\u00b0 until brown (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).
    Serve with biscuits or rolls.
