Turkey Picatta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices fresh turkey (about 1/4-inch thick)
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    4 oz. butter
    4 oz. olive oil
    1 lemon, cut into thin slices
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/3 c. white wine
    1/3 c. canned consomme or chicken broth
Preparation
    Sprinkle fresh turkey with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown the turkey lightly in the butter and olive oil.
    Remove the turkey to a platter and keep warm.
