Oven-Fried Fish(300 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. fillet of fish (white)
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil or Pam spray oil
Preparation
    Combine margarine, lemon juice and spices.
    Dredge fish in margarine mixture.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Spread oil or spray Pam in a 9 x 13-inch dish for baking.
    (I line pan with foil for easy clean up.)
    Put fish in pan.
    Spoon remaining margarine mixture over fish.
    Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 475\u00b0 or until done. Don't overcook fish.
