Chile Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chile con carne without beans (e.g., Hormel)
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Put ingredients into a saucepan and heat to the simmering point, stirring regularly to keep from burning.
    Be sure cheese is all stirred in.
    Serve warm-to-hot with tortilla chips, etc.
