Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. clear gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans drained shrimp, mashed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. green bell pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 regular carton sour cream
Preparation

Heat tomato soup slowly.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water and add to soup. Stir in cream cheese until melted into mixture. Remove from heat and add celery, bell pepper, onion and sour cream. Drain and mash shrimp. Add shrimp and mayonnaise. Chill until set, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
