Low-Cholesterol Cornbread - cooking recipe

2 c. cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. corn oil
1 egg white
1 1/2 c. skim buttermilk
vegetable oil spray
Preparation

Sift together cornmeal, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Pour in corn oil, egg white and buttermilk.
Mix well.
