Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 (14 oz.) can pineapple (crushed or tidbits)
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping (Cool Whip)
    1 1/2 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate.
