Cauliflower Salad(Make 24 Hours Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, broken
    1 head cauliflower, cut, broken or sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 to 10 slices bacon, diced and cooked
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon in 11 x 16-inch pan.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese and spread over the top.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Toss lightly before serving. Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
