Hamburger-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    12 or 14 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and celery in cooking oil in 6-quart pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Uncovered, bring to boil, then cover and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
    Serves 12.
