Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine corn meal, flour and sugar; then add egg, milk and oil.
    Beat with spoon until smooth.
    Bake in 8-inch square baking pan at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
