Pork Chop Or Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 center cut pork chops
1 box Uncle Ben's brown and wild rice with mushrooms
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Pour rice packet and seasoning packet into flat Corning Ware casserole dish.
Add 2 cups of water and stir mixture together. Salt pork chops or chicken breasts liberally.
Slice mushrooms if they are available.
Place them in the water with rice mixture. Lay pork chops on top of other ingredients, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until water is absorbed (approximately 1 hour).
Serves 4.
