Chicken Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. chicken (boneless)
    2/3 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1 medium sliced onion
    2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken soup
    1 c. hot water
    vermicelli
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Cook chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly 5 minutes or until done. Add cup of soup blended with water.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes or until thick.
