Colcannon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes; fold in shredded cabbage and scallions that have been cooked with milk.
    This recipe can be cut in half or doubled, depending on amount to feed.
