Bootleg Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 strips bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 can pork and beans
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation

Fry bacon until half done, then add onion.
Brown.
Pour off most of grease.
Add pork and beans, brown sugar, vinegar and ketchup.
Simmer, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
