3/4 c. mushrooms, cleaned and diced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. fillet of haddock, cooked and flaked or comparable fish
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. onion salt
5 egg whites
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
dash of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to moderate (350\u00b0).
Grease 2-quart casserole.
