Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift
    together the first 4 ingredients.
    Cream the oil, sugar and
    eggs.\tMix
    wet
    and
    dry
    ingredients
    until well blended. Add the vanilla, carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour
    mixture
    into a greased and floured pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
