Christmas Crisscross Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add flour, then roll into balls the size of a small marble.
    Dip a fork in flour and press the cookies both ways.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    These can be sprinkled with red or green sugar or nuts, if desired.
