Moist Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. cholesterol free mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
    Place bread crumbs in large plastic food bag.
    Add chicken, one piece at a time.
    Shake and coat well.
    Arrange on rack in broiler pan.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
