Beaufort Stew(The Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes crab boil in bag (do not open bag)
    6 tsp. seafood seasoning
    several dashes hot sauce
    12 to 14 medium size red potatoes
    2 to 3 lb. Hillshire \"lite\" sausage
    20 small ears corn on cob
    5 lb. shrimp, unpeeled
    1 c. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    3 lemons, cut in 1/2
Preparation
    Fill large pot half full with water.
    Add all seasonings to water plus sausage and potatoes.
    Bring to rapid boil and boil 10 minutes.
    Add corn on cob; bring to boil and boil 7 minutes.
    Add shrimp and bring back to boil and boil for 3 minutes.
    Cut off heat and let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour water off and serve with butter, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, slaw crackers or bread. Serves 10.
