Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg
    1/2 c. skim milk
    4 slices bread
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    sage to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until clear.
    Beat egg lightly; mix with milk.
    Cube bread and add to egg mixture, allowing bread to soak up moisture.
    Add onions, turkey and seasonings.
    Mix well. Microwave in plastic ring mold for approximately 9 minutes or when using a probe; bring to 170\u00b0.
    Rotate 90\u00b0 halfway through cooking. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
