Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green peppers
2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped hamburger
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 bottle chili sauce
1 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation
-
Trim peppers and boil shells for 5 minutes in salted water; drain.
Stuff with rest of ingredients; cover with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until peppers are tender and crumbs brown.
