Snow Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 gal. clean fresh snow
Preparation
    Combine egg and sugar and mix well.
    Add milk and vanilla. Stir well.
    Gradually add milk to snow until blended.
    Stir gently.
    Yields 3 quarts.
