Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
onion flakes, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Break up bread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brown sausage and crumble over bread.
Beat eggs and add milk, mustard, salt and pepper and onion flakes.
Pour over sausage.
Sprinkle pan contents with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
