Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red salmon, drained, picked and flaked
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish (white)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    crushed walnuts
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except walnuts and parsley.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Roll in ball and roll in walnuts and parsley. Serve with Wheat Thins.
    Enjoy.
    Great for parties.
