Sugar Twin Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. raisins
2 c. water
3 grated apples
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. oil
4 tsp. brown Sugar Twin
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. ginger

Preparation

Boil the raisins in the water until dry.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Add raisins last.
Pour into Pam sprayed tube pan or loaf pan.
(Mincemeat can be used instead of the raisins and apples.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
This is good.
