Southwest Meatballs(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    8 oz. jar Mexican salsa
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into bite size
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 lb. bag Fritos or tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine ground meat, onions, eggs and bread crumbs in bowl, mixing well.
    Roll into balls and brown in microwave oven or large skillet.
    Drain well and add tomatoes and salsa; heat thoroughly. Serve over chips and top with cheese.
