Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan meats
1 c. cake flour
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar; add vanilla.
Measure then add pecan meats.
Stir the pecan and cake flour into butter mixture.
Roll into small balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar when hot and again cold.
