Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (24 cookies)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate flavored syrup
2 Tbsp. instant coffee mixed with 1 tsp. hot water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar
and
oleo.
Pat firmly on bottom and sides of
buttered\t9-inch\tspring-form pan or 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Chill.
In
large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle milk and
syrup, then add coffee and mix well.
Fold in whipped cream and
pour
into pan. Cover, freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with more cookie crumbs.
