Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. potatoes (2 medium)
    1 c. potato water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 c. lukewarm water
    9 c. flour
Preparation
    Have potatoes creamed.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Put 5 cups flour into large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, salt, potatoes, potato water and melted shortening; stir well.
    Add eggs, then yeast and water.
    Add the remaining flour.
    Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours, or until double in bulk.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until done.
