    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut in small pieces (at room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Line a 12-inch microwave-safe plate with waxed paper.
Mix flour, pepper and salt in a medium size bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Work in with a pastry blender or 2 knives until a soft dough forms.

Place in oven on microwave-safe trivet or inverted saucer.
Microwave on High 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once, until twists feel firm and are light golden. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough. Store in tightly covered container up to 2 weeks. Makes 96.
