Sauerkraut And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    8 pork chops
    2 cooking apples
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 large onion
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Wash pork chops shanks.
    Mix everything else together in baking pan.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 3 hours, covered.
    (This may also be simmered on top of stove in covered pan.)
    Serves 4.
