Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry lima beans
    1 pot water
    salt
    pepper
    ham bone
Preparation
    Boil ham bone in large pot of water 15 to 20 minutes.
    Rinse dry limas and add to water and ham bone.
    (Can remove bone and pull ham from bone.)
    Boil until water 1/2 gone.
    Add water to fill 2 inches from top.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer until done. Salt and pepper to taste.
