Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 cabbage leaves
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Separate cabbage leaves from head by removing core and cover cabbage with cold water.
    Let stand about 10 minutes; remove leaves. Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water.
    Cover and let stand until leaves are limp, about 10 minutes.
    Remove leaves; drain.
