Mg'S Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sliced water chestnuts with juice
    1 can French onion soup, undiluted
    1 can sliced mushrooms with juice
    1 c. real rice
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
    Pat with oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered.
    Great served with chicken, shrimp or scallops.
