Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl; cut in shortening.
    Add milk and knead until smooth.
    Roll and cut into 3-inch squares.
    Deep fat fry in 1/2-inch oil at 375\u00b0 until golden brown on each side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Best served hot with honey.
    Can be reheated in oven about 10 minutes.
