Bacon Wrapped Fried Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
12 bacon strips, halved
1 c. cracker meal
24 oysters, drained
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Combine eggs and milk in a shallow dish.
Dip oysters in mixture, then in cracker meal.
Repeat process.
Wrap oysters in bacon, secured by a toothpick.
Fry in shallow hot oil until golden.
May also be placed under the broiler.
